Exportar Campos a Traducir

Hola,

Necestio traducir un formulario a otro idioma pero la traducción la va a realizar una persona sin acceso a mi cuenta de jotform.

¿Hay alguna manera de exportar los campos de traducción para que se rellenen en el idioma a traducir para yo posteriormente introducir la traducción a Jotform?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, there's no option to export those translated fields. As a workaround, you can clone the form and add your translator as a collaborator so they can access the form. We've got a guide here explaining how to do that.

Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

What if i want collaboration link to stop working, is it possible? or it´ll always work with the link

Thanks for getting back to us. If the collaboration link is not working, the API key has probably been removed from your Account Settings. To fix this, you can create a new collaborator link and reshare it with your translator.

What i want is to creat a collaborator link, once this collaborator has finish to do his part end this link to not work anymore.

If in case the collaboration link does not work, you can copy the link again and send the updated one to your translator.

I´ll try to explian better:

1. I create a collaboration link a share it with a colleague.
2. Colleague use link and translate form to a different language
3. I deactivate the link so colleague can´t keep entering form

Is 3rd step what i don´t understand how to do it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the collaboration link is permanent and it's not possible to revoke access or deactivate the link to stop the person from editing the form. I suggest cloning the form, it will create the same copy but the collaborator will not be able to access it. You can then delete the original form. Let me show you How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account:

1. Go to the My Forms page.
2. Hover your mouse to the form and then click on the More button on the right.
