Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to cancel an appointment on your form. You can cancel the appointments on your form by deleting the submission related to that appointment. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, select the submission with the appointment that you want to cancel.
2. Click the Delete button.

3. Click the Three Dots icon and select Trashed Entries.
4. Select the deleted submission and click the Delete Forever button then click Delete to confirm.
