Hola buena noche, hay alguna forma, ya sea por medio de una condicional o alguna otra solucion que me puedan brindar, lo que necesito es que por razones de operación de mi empresa, cuando un cliente agenda el servicio para 1 fecha, yo pueda asignarle el horario y la duracion al evento de forma manual en el formulario, es decir, el cliente realiza el envío del formulario, el solo elige el dia de servicio y yo una vez que el cliente haya terminado de llenar su formulario, yo asigne el dato de la hora y duración.

Thanks for patiently waiting. I've done some tests, and I found a way to let form fillers pick a date and then you can select the time and duration of the appointment. First, we'll need to add a Get Form Page URL widget to your form. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element at the top-left of your screen.
• In the Widgets tab of the left-side Panel, navigate to the Get Form Page URL Widget and drag and drop it into your form.

Next, we'll need to add a Date Picker element to your form for the form filler to select a day. Let's do it:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element at the top-left of your screen.
• In the Basic tab of the left-side Panel, navigate to the Date Picker element and drag and drop it into your form.

You also need to add an Appointment element and set it as hidden so that you can set the time and duration of the appointment. Let me show you how to do that:

• Still in the Basic tab of the left-side Panel, navigate to the Appointment element and drag and drop it into your form.
• Next, click on the Gear icon.
• In the Advanced tab of the Panel on the right, navigate to Hide Field and toggle it to On.

Now that that's done, we need to set conditional logic to show the Appointment field for you to fill out and then send the Autoresponder Email to the form filler to let them know when the appointment is set for. Let me walk you through the steps:

• Still in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
• In the Conditions tab of the left-side Panel, click on Add a new condition and then select Show/Hide Field.

• Set the condition like you see below and then click on Save.

• Next, select add a new condition and then select Change E-Mail Recipient.

• Set the condition like you see below and then click on Save.

That's it. Now when a form filler fills out the form, you will be able to edit the Appointment field and an autoresponder email will be sent to the recipient letting them know when the appointment is scheduled for. You can check out the Demo Form I created and clone it for further testing.

Thanks for getting back to us. When a form filler (your client) fills out the form, you will get a Notification Email. You'll click on the Edit Link, and redirect to the form. The Get Form Page URL widget detects the URL containing "Edit" and lets you fill out the Appointment Field. Lastly, when the Appointment Field is filled out, the Autoresponder Email will be sent automatically to your client and let them know the Appointment schedule.
