Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a dropdown menu withing the Multiple Choice element, but as a workaround you can add a Show / Hide Field conditional logic that will show a dropdown when a specific option of the Multiple choice element is selected. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In your Form, click on the Add Form Element button in the top left corner.
2. Under the Basic tab, search for the Dropdown element and add it to the form, then configure it as you prefer.
   
3. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
4. In the left column, click on the Emails tab.
5. Next, click on the Show / Hide Page condition.
   
   
6. Add the conditional logic as displayed in the screenshot below:
   
   
7. Finally, click on Save at the bottom.\
