How can I restore my suspended account?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into your account. I checked your account under Karely_Alvarez and I saw that you were suspended due to Form Phishing. Please be aware that the collection of credit card information is strictly prohibited as mentioned in our Terms of Use

    I've gone ahead and removed the offending fields and whitelisted your IP address. Please try logging into your account again and see if it works. 

    Please refrain from collecting sensitive information such as credit card details. If you wish to collect this type of information by using the Payment Processor Integrations available. Some of the Payment Integrations allow the collecting of payment information through Payment Authorization.

    Let me show you how to enable the Payment Authorization.

    1. Edit the payment form where you wish to enable the Payment Authorization in the Form Builder.

    2. Click the payment field.

    3. Then, click the wand icon to open the Payment Settings on the right panel.

    4. Click the Settings icon at the top-right side of the Payment Settings panel.

    5. Scroll down, click the Additional Gateway Settings, and expand it.

    6. Look for Authorization Only and toggle it to Yes.
