search for data in another form

I need to search for the data from form "A" within a form that you have to fill out "B" with certain criteria, that is, in my form "A" I have all the data, and form "B" will be used to make the query of the form "A".



For example, in form "A" there is name, age, telephone, email, address, and in form "B" when I put the name in a search box, the data found in form "A" is displayed.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use Tables Prefill that allows you to use data from your Jotform Tables to prepopulate fields on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, select Publish at the top.
2. Go to Prefill on the left.
3. Select Tables Prefill.
4. Next, choose your source table and tab.
5. Map your table’s columns to your form fields.
6. Once you’re done, select Save Settings.
7. On the next page, select Add a New Prefill.
8. Choose the entries to prefill your form, then select Create in the upper-right corner.

I have 2 forms, but I need the second form, when the data is completed, to be passed to the first form for the database that I can export to Excel, but that the effects are made in the cell corresponding to the number in the first form .



For example, in my form "A" in cell a2 I have the report number that I must affect, to this record in cell aa2 I want to start filling in the data that will be provided from form B from there.
