Buen día estimado,

me comunico porque esta cuenta está destinada a recibir inscripciones mediante los formularios creados, pero desde el día de ayer nuestros usuarios no pueden hacerlo en ninguno de ellos, aun probando con sus email personales y corporativos.

Going back to your concern, I see that you enabled Allow Specific Domains but you have not specified the domain. This give an impression that you are not accepting any domains. I recommend that you turn it off or specify the domain that can be accepted. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the gear icon on the email field
2. Select Options
3. Turn off Allow Specific Domains or specify the domain
