¿Puedo permitir que editen un formulario después de haberlo enviado?

He construido ya un formulario, pero en mi flujo de autorizaciones, agregué un apartado con opción a que la persona que envió su respuesta, pueda editarlo y pueda después ser aprobado o rechazado.

Me interesaría, en caso de que sí sea posible, que también se dé información de la edición de ese formulario. Por ejemplo:

• Se recibió el primer formulario el 04 de Octubre a las 9:44
• Se editó el formulario el 09 de Octubre a las 8:15

¿esto es posible?

Now, let me help you with your question. It seems that you are referring to activity logs, then you can check it on your account history found on your account settings. Let me show you how.

1. Click on your avatar icon and select Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click the History tab.
3. You can manage as to how far back you can view activities on your account.
4. You can also specify or filter the type of activity you wish to see.
