Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. Our Developer Team is aware of the issue, and they're currently working on a solution, which will be available in the new update of the mobile app. As soon as we have an update from them, we will let you know.

Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard back from our Developer Team and they've solved the issue. Please update your app to the latest version, which is 2.8.3.
