Value Incomplete error when submitting submission to one of my forms

I have cloned your form, but I was unable to recreate the issue in my cloned form. The submission was successfully entered without an issue.

As such, could you try to submit a test submission again? The issue may be temporary. If the issue still persists, would you allow us to submit test submissions directly on your form?
