    Hi marc598,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean the Grup Cruz - VS form will automatically open after the responder submits the Grup Cruz - FORMULARI INTERN COMPLET form? Also, some information entered from the 1st form will prepopulate the field in the 2nd form. This is possible through URL prefill, see our guide on How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form.

    First, create a landing page for the 1st form. Here's an example of a landing page:

    https://www.jotform.com/220631153630031?form2name[first]={name:first}&form2name[last]={name:last}&form2email={email}&form2checkbox={multiplechoice}
    • https://www.jotform.com/220542271693050 — The URL of the target form or the 2nd form.
    • ? — The question mark is used as a separator.
    • target_email={source_email} — The query parameter* in key-value pair:
    1. target_email — The target form’s unique name for its Email element as the key.
    2. {source_email} — The source form’s unique name for its Email element as the value.

    After you create the landing page, copy the URL and go to the Thank You page settings. Let me show you the steps:

    1. On the Form Builder page of the 1st form, go to the Settings tab at the top navigation bar.
    2. Open the Thank You page tab on the left.
    3. On the Thank You page settings, select "Redirect to an external link after submission" and then paste the landing page URL that you created.

    That's it! When the responder fills out and submits the 1st form, it will automatically open the 2nd form with a field prefilled with data from the 1st form. Open the demo form on this link. Clone it to own a copy and be able to see the entire setup. Here's the guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.

    Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
