    Tengo dudas sobre el costo de mi suscripción y de los cargos que se han hecho a mi tarjeta.


    Me podrían indicar cual es el estatus de pago de mi suscripción

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and you were successfully billed today for a Silver plan amounting to $348.00. If you need to check your invoices, subscriptions, or payment history, you can view them on your account’s billing page. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
