Precio de ampliación a Plata

Buenas tardes,

Hemos actualizado la suscripción de nuestra versión bronce a versión plata. La diferencia con pago anual entre una y otra vesión son 5€/mes pero se nos ha generado una factura por importe de 175,41 USD

¿Nos puede aclarar ?

Your Bronze subscription plan was bought on 2023-05-24 and as you can see from the invoice that you have provided, the total unused time of your Bronze subscription plan was automatically deducted from the Yearly Silver subscription plan. Please take note that you have upgraded to a Yearly Silver subscription plan, which is a full year.
