¿Existe alguna forma de que los que van a responder el formulario puedan ver que este pertenece a la cuenta oficial con la que estoy registrado en jotform?


Es decir, alguna manera de que ellos validen, que están llenando un formulario "oficial" de esa cuenta, y no una copia del algún otro?

There are two suggestions I have in mind to let the user know that they are using the official form and not a cloned one. First, adding your company logo with copyright claims. We normally, suspend accounts using logo's with copyright claims unless they provide documentation proof that the logo belongs to them.

Second, is customizing your form's URL including the Domain. However, using custom domain on form URL instead of the default one is only available Enterprise plan. You can check this guide on How to Create a Custom URL of a Form.

Lastly, I also suggest Preventing anyone from cloning your form. Let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. Select Form Settings on the left-side panel.
3. Finally, click Show More Options and scroll down to Prevent Cloning and select Yes.
