¿Cómo puedo hacer que mi excel se llene de manera automática?

Quiero que mi hoja de cálculo se llene con los datos del formulario pero que todas las opciones del selector múltiple se agreguen en una celda distinta no en la misma celda

Quiero que quede algo asi

Lo que necesito es ir llenando un registro que ya tengo definido de una hoja de cálculo y pienso en sacar los datos de esta hoja que va creando el formulario en automático

Are you referring to this Multiple Choice field and do you want to separate them in the Jotform Tables or Excel Spreadsheet?

If yes, unfortunately, that is not possible. The rows represent one submission of the form. My suggestion is to separate the Personal Involucrado field for each name.
