hace unos dias solicite un evento a traves del portal para Novo Nordisk. me pueden ayudar con la pantalla donde viene el numero de evento?

    buenos dias, entre los dias 3 y 5 de octubre solicite un evento en la plataforma de Novo Nordisk. el evento no se refleja en sistema, me pueden ayudar con la pantalla de confirmacion del evento para 20 de octubre.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Spanish support is not available at the moment. Hence, I am using a translation tool to respond. If you require us to forward the ticket to our Spanish team, we can do so, but it could delay the response.

    Now, regarding your concern, are you referring to some form data/submission that is missing? I checked your account but could not find any form located in your account. Please share the form URL that you are referring to for which the data is missing.

    this is the link of the company i work for: Novo Nordisk Mexico 2023 (jotform.com) on the firts days of the mont i submitted 2 forms but they never appeared on the record. i had the chance to take a picture of one of them, but i didn´t do it to the other. what i need es the event number.
