Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can integrate your form with Notion using Zapier. It’s easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Enter Notion in the Search bar.
   
   
4. Choose the Notion template you want to use and click on Use this Zap.
   
   
5. In the window that opens, log in to your Zapier account.
6. In the Configure Your Zap window, complete each step on your Zap and follow the Zapier directions. That’s it.
