Requesting to move form to another account

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Spanish Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them. 

As requested, we have moved the form to the info@sialsig.xyz account. Also, just for future reference in case you request a form transfer again, please note that if you're using custom form URLs in any of your forms, the old custom form URL will no longer work after the form is transferred to another account.

Basically, the old form URL that has the username of the previous account will no longer work and it will not redirect you to the form that is using the username of the new account where it's transferred. If you have shared the old custom form URL with other people, you have to inform them about this change and give them the new custom URL after the forms are transferred. Or, you can just give them the original form URL.
