Se completa el formulario

En la aprobación se informa que está listo para retirar (libredeuda@roldan.gov.ar)

Luego debe llegar un mail a la persona que llegó el formulario informando que ya está listo para ser retirado

Cuando viene a retirar, se aprueba nuevamente para marcarlo como Retirado.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and the approval is set up correctly. However, the recipient email is not set up correctly. When I checked your form it shows that you already have submissions and the field you use for email is short text that is the reason the form field is not showing in the approval flow. Let me show you how to fix this:

1. Hide the email field label.
2. Add a new email field.
3. Go back to your approval flow and change the recipient email to the new email field.
