Unable to get Name, Email, Phone number and number field's data into Airtable.

Estoy intentando integrar un formulario con mi base de datos de airtable. El problema es que uno de los campos del formulario no aparece, es el campo TUS DATOS, y el formulario es el denominado COMUNICACION CON CLIENTES. Todos los demás campos me aparecen para vincularlos pero ese específicamente no.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you trying to integrate Airtable to your form and cannot find the "TUS DATOS" field? If so, I checked your form and found that the said field is a CAPTCHA field. CAPTCHAs are tools you can use to differentiate between real users and automated users, such as bots. So, it does not store/collect data input that you can transfer to your Airtable database.

El campo TUS DATOS del formulario COMUNICACIÓN DE CLIENTE que no me aparece para integrar es el primer campo de ese formulario, donde radican los casilleros NOMBRE Y APELLIDO, TELEFONO, MAIL Y N° DE CLIENTE.

LOS CAMPOS "SELECCIONE EL TRAMITE QUE DESEA REALIZAR", "PUEDE DESCRIBIR SU CONSULTA O INFORMACIÓN PARA SU ABOGADO" y "PODES CARGAR LA DOCUMENTAL QUE DESEES ENVIAR A TU LETRADO", del mismo formulario puedo integrarlos sin inconvenientes.

Solamente el campo TUS DATOS no aparece como una opción para integrar, tal como se muestra en la captura.

Thanks for getting back to us. The screenshot you shared with us did not come through. Can you share it again? With the help of Google Translate, I was able to know that the first field's data is not showing up with you integrate your form 'Customer Communication Form' with Airtable. I've checked your first field, I noted that you are using 'Multiline Question'. That is causing the issue. The Airtable is not recognizing that field.

I suggest you add Name, Email address, Phone number, and Customer number (you can use the number element for this) elements separately and not combine them.

Once you add these separately on the card layout form, they re-integrate it with the Airtable. You will be able to do it. But keep in mind that in your Airtable, you should have the same fields as well. Otherwise, you won't be able to match the fields. Take a look at the screencast below:
