Calendar field is not being translated

    Buenas noches.

    El problema que tengo es que a pesar de haber definido el idioma del control agenda a Español, sigue mostrándose en tiempo de ejecución en ingles, ya he cambiado todo y no cambia, alguna pista.

    Pueden observar lo que indico a traves de 2 imagen.

    Hi Antonio,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Spanish Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a reply from them. 

    With that being said, I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I tried deleting the Español translation and created it again, and it seems to have worked. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on the Show more options button.

    3. Scroll down to Form Languages and click on edit.

    4. Next, delete the Español translation by clicking on the trash icon.

    5. Finally, create another Español translation.

    Hi Antonio,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned the form, this is how it looks after deleting and adding the language in the form.

    Since we are not able to replicate it on the clone version of the form, do we have permission to delete and set up again the translation in your actual form? If the issue persists, we'll create a performance ticket and forward it to our Developers.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with the solution.

    Buenas noches.

    No funcionó, pero lo que realice fue cambiarle el idioma a Ingles y luego volver al idioma Español y funcionó en los formularios clonados; realice lo mismo en el formulario original y todo quedó conforme.

    Agradezco su apoyo, cierro el caso.
