    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that you are having difficulties with this. I tried finding the submission for the first PDF and I was unable to. This means that the submission itself is already deleted, which is why the PDF download is not working.

    As for the second PDF download, you successfully downloaded it because this specific submission is still available.

    It's possible that you have deleted and purged this submission which is why you are not able to download it anymore. Unfortunately, we can't recover submissions that are already purged.
