Thanks for your patience and understanding while we're looking into this. Unfortunately, it's currently not available to translate the options in the Country Picker dropdown to a different language. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Although that feature isn’t available yet, you can use our Dropdown feature as an alternative, and enter the county options in Spanish. Let’s do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
2. Look for Dropdown, and drag and drop it to your form.
3. Click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
4. Go to Options.
5. Enter the country names in Spanish in the Options box. I suggest you use a notepad to be able to do a copy-paste easily.
