The form restarts when uploading an Image

al Subir una imagen desde camera o desde archivos se reinicia el formulario y te hace volver a empezar manteniendo solo los datos de texto y sin guardar las imagenes.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my result:

As seen from the above screencast, the form has multiple images uploaded but I was able to submit the form without any issues. Is your form embedded on a website? In the meantime, I cleared your form's cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
