    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you are having issues logging into your account. When I checked your email address, it shows that it's a guest account. This means that there is no actual Jotform account created using that email. I suggest that you go to the login page, and create your account. But if you have created one already, can you share with us the correct email address, or the form URL that you may have created, so we can help you to locate your account.
