Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it appears that it is not possible to remove the amount of the product since it's included in the Product List.

You can strip the payment labels in the email notification by adding a payment suffix in the payment element tag, but the amount cannot be removed. You can check this guide on How to Strip Payment Labels and Separate Payment Info on Email Alerts.
