Errore nell'upgrade del piano

    Buongiorno.

    Ho effettuato l'upgrade da BRONZO ad ARGENTO convinto che la cosa sarebbe partita dalla scadenza dell'attuale abbonamento BRONZO. In realtà mi par di capire che parta dqa subito.

    Gradirei essere riportato al BRONZO alle stesse condizioni economiche di prima. Siamo un Comune, vista l'offerta attuale per il piano ARGENTO, pensavamo di fare l'upgrade, ma dal 27 meggio.

    Attendo vostre indicazioni.

    As for your question, do you wish to downgrade to the Bronze Yearly plan and only upgrade your account when your subscription renews on May 27th, 2024 with the same price? Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

    Hi.

    I'll try to explain myself better.

    We had a BRONZE plan until May 27th with a renewal price of US$288; we saw that the SILVER plan was on offer for only $294 so we upgraded thinking that it would come into effect on May 28th, but instead it came into force immediately and I was charged ($1.49 = €1,38)

    I tried to downgrade to BRONZE but it quoted me more than $400 a year.

    I ask to be able to return to BRONZE with renewal at $288 and to be credited back for the $1.49 paid. I await your instructions. Thanks a lot for the collaboration

    Hi Grazie,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. The $1.49 payment for the Silver Yearly has been refunded. You can use it up until the 24th of May, 2024. Once it expires, your subscription will be downgraded to the Starter plan and you'll then be able to upgrade back to the legacy Bronze Yearly priced at $288 + tax. The legacy pricing will expire on the 28th of May, 2024 so upgrade before it expires.

    When you visit your online billing page, please don't click on the Reactivate Subscription button because it'll reactivate the Silver Yearly's autorenewal and you'll be charged $468 on the 24th of May, 2024.

    Thanks for getting back to us. The total amount would be the same as your previous invoices, amounting to $361.36 if your tax rate of 22% hasn't changed.
