Allegare più di un file pdf ad un'email di risposta automatica

Buonasera, è possibile allegare più di un file pdf ad un'email di risposta automatica?

Dovrebbero essere file complessivamente inferiori a 5 MB anche se ho impostato che l'email da cui proviene la risposta è la mia di gmail?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to attach multiple PDFs to the Notification Email. Yes, this is possible, if you have multiple PDFs in the PDF editor, you will be given options in the Notification Email to include them in the Email. However, the PDFs need to be present in the PDF editor. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF files you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

Please note, if the size of these PDFs is more than 5 MB they will not attach to the email instead you will get a link in the email to download them. To avoid this limit you can use your email provider by setting up SMTP as the sender email.

Ciao, le operazioni spiegate le conoscevo. Quello che non mi è chiaro è come inserire nell'editor PDF un documento che già ho (sia in formato microsoft word che in pdf), in modo da ritrovarlo nell'opzione "Allega PDF" nella scheda Avanzate dell'email di notifica al modulo.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to the files you can upload and attach to the autoresponder email? Check the screenshot below:

If yes, you can only upload one file using that feature. If you need to attach multiple files to the email, an alternative is to upload the files to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the file-sharing link in the email body.

Si, la mia esigenza è di allegare più upload files ad una singola email, ma non credo che quella di google drive sia una buona soluzione per me, perchè non vorrei creare un link che poi sarebbe condivisibile con chiunque.

A questo punto la domanda è: dal momento che i pdf che voglio allegare all'email di risposta automatica sono più pdf di solo testo, potrei inserire (tramite copia e incolla) questo testo in un documento "vuoto" di Editor pdf? Immagino di si. Ma come si fa poi a salvare quel documento in modo da trovarlo poi all'interno dell'opzione "Attach PDF"?

Yes, you can manually copy the text and insert it in your PDF document in the PDF Editor. Then, if you enable PDF attachment as was shown by my colleague above, you can check the PDF that you want to attach to your autoresponder:
