    Circa 20 persone mi hanno detto che il mio form non funziona, cosa devo fare?

    Così perdo potenziali cleinti!

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    In an attempt to fix this  kindly try these troubleshooting methods below:

    • Log out and log back in to your account.
    • Use Incognito/Private mode.
    • Please clear your web browser's cache.
    • Use a different web browser.
    • Restart your device
    • Please try also to log in to another device.

    Can you let them try it again and see how it goes? If they run into the same issue again, can we send a test submission on your live form? If you can also take a screenshot of the error message they're getting, that will help us look into this further. We've got a guide here explaining how to do that.
