Calculate the sum of survey responses

Buongiorno,

vorrei inoltrare ai miei clienti un check up sotto forma di questionario.

Ad ogni risposta vorrei assegnare un punteggio per poi fornire un voto complessivo al cliente.

E' possibile assegnare punteggi alle risposte date dagli user?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can assign scores to answers as long as the answers are in a dropdown select field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder click on + Add form elements on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on Dropdown to add a dropdown field to your form.


3. Click on the Properties gear next to your field.
4. Go to the Options tab.
5. Toggle Calculation Value to the ON position.
6. Add a value for each option in your field.


Once that's done for multiple field you can use a Calculation widget to add the values up. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder click on + Add Form Elements on the left side of the screen.
2. Go to the Widgets tab.
3. Click on Form Calculation.


4. Click on the Widget Properties icon.
5. Use the sidebar and the Add Field button to add your dropdown fields with a + between each one.
6. Click Save.
