How can I add a new table from my form?

Salve, ho creato un form che prevede anche una tabella a completamento ma vorrei sostituirla con una tabella da un template già impostato, come posso fare?

Now, about your question, I'm sorry but I may need a little bit more of an explanation of what you meant about adding a table from a template to your form. Are you referring to getting data from an existing form in Jotform Table? Let me show you how: 

1. In Jotform Tables, click on Add Tab at the top of the page. 

2. Select Connect to Form and click on Next. 

3. Then select the form that you want to connect to and click Next. 

4. In the Create New Table window, select the fields that you want to add to the new table and click Create.

5. The new table will be created in the second tab of the Submission Table.
