Come effettuare i calcoli di un quiz a punteggio?

Per quanto riguarda il quiz ho bisogno di aiuto.

Ho creato il mio modulo quiz e assegnato un punteggio a ogni risposta. Ho poi aggiunto il widget di calcolo e ora non so come proseguire.

Il quiz prevede in risposta 3 profili diversi in base al punteggio conseguito.

Questo passaggio tecnicamente come va svolto?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Ho verificato il tuo modulo e ho notato che hai impostato correttamente i valori di calcolo e la somme nel Form Calculation. Al momento però, la tua richiesta non mi è molto chiara, una volta ottenuto il punteggio finale, cosa vuoi farci con esso? In base ai 3 livelli di punteggio, quale azione vuoi compiere? Vuoi mostrare un messaggio personalizzato, inviare una mail differente o cambiare la pagina di ringraziamento?

una volta ottenuto il punteggio finale, in base a 3 livelli di punteggio (che non so come impostare) voglio inviare una mail differente e poi fare in modo che il contatto sia iscritto automaticamente ad una campagna mail su systeme.io (che in giornata collegherò tramite zapier).

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You must include three notification emails in your form. Then you can use conditions to change the email recipients. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email. 

• Select Notification Email.
• Click on the Recipients tab.
• Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

You need to add different recipients to every notification email. Check out my screenshot below:

Now you need to add a condition to change the email recipients in your form. Let me show you how:

In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. In the window that pops up, left-click on Change Email Recipient.

4. Now, use the If Conditions to apply the conditions that you want to use with: 

• Left-click on each condition box to view the options available. 
• Click on the IF Dropdown menu and choose the form field name that you'd like to apply the conditions for. 
• Select the state as Is Filled to send an email to the supplier once the field is filled out. 

5. To send emails to the other suppliers as well, click on Conditions again, and apply the same steps for different email addresses.

ma non riesco a proseguire, ho creato le 3 email di risposta in base al risultato del quiz.

Ho creato le 3 email di notifica, come indicato nella vostra ultima mail, con 3 indirizzi diversi, ma non capisco come impostare le condizioni.

La mia necessità è fare in modo che le 3 mail di risposta al quiz vengano inviati in base al punteggio totale e che logni email di risposta contenga il nome inserito dall'utente.

E' possibile il supporto italiano e una eventuale verifica sul lavoro svolto da me.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form and it appears that the submitter's email address is added to the change email recipients' conditions. Check out my screenshot below:

If you want to send emails to submitters, you are on the right track. But, if you want to send email notifications, you must include an email address in your email notifications. Check out my screencast below:
