Superamento numero visualizzazione moduli

Buongiorno,

Abbiamo nuovamente un problema con il conteggio delle visualizzazione dei nostro moduli. Ieri mattina erano circa 50/1.000. Da ieri pomeriggio abbiamo la notifica di superamento del limite di visualizzazioni (attualmente di 6.384/1.000). Potreste verificare?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it seems that you've exceeded the form view limit. It is now 6,387/1,000. I saw that my colleague asked you before if your forms are embedded on a website with a lot of traffic. If a page where the form is being refreshed, each page load will count as a page view. If that is the case, you will have to wait until the form views reset on the first day of the month. Monthly form views reset on the first day of the month, regardless of when the account was created.
