Now, I'll help you with your question. If I understood you correctly, you want to verify that the person entering an email is in fact your email? If this is the case, this can be done by using the email validator widgets. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. On the Widgets tab, find the email validator widget and add it to the form.

After entering your email, you will see a screen like this:

You will receive an email with a code like this:

You then enter the verification code into the form, which means that your email address has been verified. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
