Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The error is common if the connection while making submission is interrupted or if the form is idle for a period of time. You can inform your user to refresh their browser to load the form again. I also cleared your form cache in case it may help. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

    we still have the same error, we clean the cache and after we can fill just one form. The second form we fill makes the error again.

    Can u solve this problem?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you're still having the same problem. Upon checking the screenshot you sent earlier, it looks like the form is embedded. We assure you that we'll fix this but we need a few more pieces of information. Can you share with us the URL where it is embedded? Also, we would like to submit the form a few times to investigate further. Is it okay with you if we do so?

    In the meantime, try switching your embed code for the form. For example, if you're using the standard/script embed code, use the iframe embed or vice versa.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
