Yo,Miguel E Pérez Díaz, autorizo a la Universidad de Puerto Rico a que descuente de mi salario la cantidad de veinticinco dólares ($25.00) mensuales por concepto de cuota para la Asociación Puertorriqueña de Profesores Universitarios (APPU). La APPU ha sido certificada por la Junta de Relaciones del Trabajo como el representante exclusivo de la docencia del Sistema UPR.
¡Nota importante!
Si usted es docente en contrato a tiempo completo y selecciona como método de pago el descuento de salario deberá llenar con cada renovación de contrato la solicitud de ingreso a la APPU. Por el momento, la administración universitaria, no renueva la afiliación a la APPU con cada nueva contratación.
