    Criei o formulario pelo meu email pessoal pra experimentar a plataforma, agora não consigo passar o formulario para meu email profissional

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you have a form created and want to be able to send it to your email. You can invite users to fill out the form by sharing it via email. Here's how: 

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. Then, input the email address in the Invite By Email section.

    4. Click on Send Invitation once finalized.

    Actually, my problem is that I have a form in this account, but I created another account with my professional e-mail and I can't transfer this form to the account that I wanna use.

    I tried to share the form as a template but it just don't appear when I search it on other account

    Hi leonardplays541,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We can transfer a form and its data from one account to another on your behalf. All you have to do is create a request to transfer ownership or send the following details in this ticket:

    • form URL of the form that you’d like to move
    • username or email address of the receiving account.

    You can also clone an existing form and do this in the other account. Please be informed that cloning forms do not include the submission data. Let me walk you through it:

    1. To clone a form into your account, copy the URL of the form that you'd like to clone.

    2. Go to My Forms and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.

    3. Next, select Import Form.

    4. Now, select From a web page and paste the form’s address in the Enter URL field.

    5. Finally, select Create Form at the bottom.

    You will be redirected to the Form Builder afterward, where you can start working on your newly cloned form.
