Eu tenho certeza absoluta que cliquei em "ENVIAR" assim que finalizei e não estou encontrando-o nem na lixeira ou rascunhos, podem me ajudar?

    Hi Maria,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I apologize for my limited understanding, but I believe you are inquiring about how to retrieve a form that has been misplaced, based on the ticket title, correct? Kindly confirm that you are logged into the correct Jotform account by signing out of the one you are currently using and then log back in. Next, check your account's Trash and if the form was found, restore it. Here's how:

    1. On your account's My Forms, go to Trash on the left side.

    2. Look for the form you want to get back and hover your mouse to it. You can also put a check mark on the box beside the form's name.

    3. Click Restore.

Once restored, you can go back to All Forms on the left to see the form. I have cleared your account's Form Cache for added measure.

If this is not what you're looking for, you can provide us more details of your concern so we can find more options to help you. If you have somehow saved or kept the form URL, you can also provide that to us for basis. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
