Link não altera a data

Finalizei meu formulário e porque o link ainda mantém o ano como 2023?

Sendo que alterei todos os títulos, preciso alterar para 2024.

The reason you are still seeing 2023 is because of the page title. It is easy to change the Page Title on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title you want to use. and that’s it. You’re done.
