Google Drive: Create subfolders inside each submission folder

Ex: nome do formulário = Upload de Documentos
Porém temos 3 espaços para upload sendo, RG,CPF e CNH (exemplo).
No Drive teria a pasta principal do upload do formulário com resumo em pdf (o que JÁ é feito hoje) e depois cada campo, uma subpasta dentro dessa pasta principal sendo RG, CPF e CNH (no caso, 3 pastas). E se a pessoa subir mais de um arquivo por campo ela fica na mesma pasta, separada do restante.
