Now, let me help you with your question. As per my understanding, you would like to know if you upgrade to a paid Jotform subscription plan, will you be able to connect all of your Jotform's fields with Trello using the integration or not? Do note that even if you have a paid or non-paid plan, with the integration between Jotform and the Trello, you can either create a card or update a card in the Trello once you receive the submission. Here is a link to what is included in the free (starter) plan on Jotform.

With current integration, you will only be able to map Name, Description, Due Date, Members, Label, and Attachments. Apart from these, you won't be able to map the custom fields between Jotform and Trello. Here is a guide on how to integrate Jotform and Trello.

Thanks for getting back to us. To answer your question, no. Even if you have a premium plan (any Bronze, Silver, or Gold subscription), you still won't be able to export all the Jotform form fields to Trello. This is because of the current integrated design. You can check out Jotform and Airtable integration. In this integration, you can select multiple form fields from Jotform to Airtable. Here are the steps you can follow:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Enter 'Airtable' in the search bar. Select the Airtable.
4. Click on the Add Account button to authenticate your Airtable account. Choose Add Action.
5. Select your base, table, and map your fields, then click on the Save button. That's it.
