Request for cancellation and a refund

    Acabei de ver que foi renovada uma assinatura de forma automática que nós não autorizamos.

    Gostaríamos que fosse cancelada, pois não era da nossa vontade.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. We can still cancel the autorenewal and refund the last payment. Before we proceed, I see that there are more than 1,000 submissions stored on your account. Please make sure to download the data for backup since Starter accounts can only store up to 500 submissions. Please get back to us and confirm the cancellation after you download your data. Here's the guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you want to cancel your current plan. To request a refund for your latest invoice, please log in to your account, open this link, and complete the form.

    After looking into your request, you'll receive an email from our team member. When you have been refunded, your account will be downgraded back to the Starter Plan.
