Collaborator Links Expiring: Option to keep unlimited collaboration link without upgrading to Enterprise

    Meus formulários quando compartilhado com colaboradores possuem prazo de 72 horas de vigência. Eu já cheguei à encontrar uma vez uma opção que parecia ser feito para desativar isso, mas não resolveu. Eu tenho que à cada 72 horas renovar aproximadamente 20 formulários, isto está bem cansativo e gerando transtornos quando os formulários expiram e não são funcionais. Como torno o compartilhamento de meus formulários com colaboradores permanente?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question.  I'm afraid that the option to have a collaboration link with unlimited expiration is available in our Enterprise plans only. I created a ticket to the Backend Team to see if there's anything they can do.

     As soon as we have an update, we'll let you know.

    It's okay to continue in English. I could be wrong, but I don't remember reading about this in the details of the plan contract I signed up for. I signed the bronze plan. I remember carefully reading the details of the plan. Unfortunately, having to renew link by link is becoming impractical. If you find something that resolves this, you will likely continue as a customer. Google Workstation forms on the basic plan do not expire when shared.


    I would be grateful if this is possible to resolve.

    Thanks for your patience while we’re looking into this. Although we don’t have an update from our developers yet, rest assured, we’ll keep working on this until we have a better option available. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.

    I would like to change the way I log in. I currently use my Google account. I'm trying to add a Microsoft account and it's not possible.
