Notification Email: Not receiving email

    Gostaria de saber porque não estou recbendo meus formularios respondido após enviar. Mesmo a pessoa respondendo

    Now, let me help you with your question. Our mail logs show notification emails sent to your a**re*****nde*****ona***m@g***l.c*m. You may check your spam/junk folder. If the emails weren't there, can you share the URL of the form you're referring to?

    Additionally, if you want your form responder to receive an email after they submit the form, your form should have an Email element and an Autoresponder email notification. Let me show you how to do that:

    • IForm Builder, click the Add Form Element option on the upper left side.
    • Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Email element to your form.
    • In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder email and click the Pencil icon.
    • Under the Recipient tab, select Email on the Recipient Email dropdown and click on Save Notification Email: Not receiving email Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you share the URL of the form in question? We have a guide on Where to Find Your Form URL. On the other hand, I noticed that you deleted the Submit button on your form. If you wish to receive the entries your form responders entered on your form, you need to have a Submit button for them to submit the form. Here's how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
