Change Email address on account

    I would like to change the way I log in. I currently use my Google account. I'm trying to add a Microsoft account and it's not possible.     Hi diegobeton,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You'll need to update the email address on the account for that.

    1. Access your Account Profile and you will see the email address associated with the account.
    2. Click the Edit button beside the email addressChange email address in account Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10

    If the "Require verification to change email" is enabled in your Privacy option under Security. Then you will receive an email to verify the email address change request. If not, then no email will be sent out.

    I like to let you know that you can only update your account email address with an email address not associated with any Jotform Account.
