    Atenciosamente,

    Emanuel Fernandes

    Hi emanuel.instph,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

You can first import your existing form to Jotform using our Import feature. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can add the Google Sheet integration to your form. Let me show you how to set that up:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the Google Sheets Integration.
    • Now, select or connect your Google account.
