Jotform Apps: Unable to view calendar report

    Criei um App e os colaboradores não conseguem visualizar o calendário, informa que a pessoa não está autoziada.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Also, I just want to confirm if your employees can't view the app entirely or just this calendar? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    This error only appears when accessing the calendar. It only opens if you are logged in to jotform.

    Hi jhowagassi,

    Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that the calendar on your app is a report. Keep in mind that reports contain submission data. Your user must be logged in to their Jotform account to be able to view that data. But if you want, you can disable a security setting on your account to allow others to view data without having to be logged in to their Jotform account. Let me show you how:

    1. Login to your Jotform account.
    2. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    3. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
    4. Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Require log-in to see submissions under the Privacy section.
