Boa tarde, gostaria de baixar os dados que venho coletando para fazer uma análise pelo RStudio, seja em CSV ou Exel, desde já obrigada, e no aguardo de saber sobre a possibilidade.

    Hi limacastro94,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can only download submission data in CSV or Excel on the Tables page. The form owner would have to share with you the Tables page for you to access the Tables page. Here's how to do it:

How to Share the Tables page:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the downward arrow icon on the upper left side of the screen.

    2. Click on Tables.

    3. In Tables, on the upper right side of the screen, click on Share.

    4. Click on Create Link and click on Copy Link or enter the email address of the invitee and then click Send Invitation.

How to configure the permission to allow download of submission:

    1. In Tables, on the upper right side of the screen, click on Share.

    2. Click on Share Settings.

    3. Scroll down and tick the checkbox on the left side of Show download button.
