Can I create a form where questions are separated in each page?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can create a form with a Card Layout to separate each question per page. Let me show you how:

• On the My Forms page, click on the Create Form button on the left side of the page.
• Click on Start From Scratch.
• Select Card Form.

• A blank form will be created so you can start adding your form fields from the Form Elements window.

• Since one of your requirements is to make sure the user answers the current question before clicking on the next question, you can set the fields as required.

• You can add one of our available Video Form Widgets to display a video on the form.
