Trello integration stopped working after doing changes on my form.

Hi.

I'm testing jotform to replace a Google Form i use to collect some data in a Trello business process.

The first test I made, it created the card smoothly. But after changing some fields (trying to use a Widget Form calculation to add a description in trello made of some fields combined), it simply stopped working.

I've already tried to remove the integration and recreated it and cleared cache files...

And there's no error messages! It doesn't seem reliable enough to move this process to Jotform...

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form and tested it twice to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Both test submissions I did were sent to Trello. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Did you run into any error in the Trello card that you created, or the submission data just weren't passed to Trello? If you ran into an error, can you take a screenshot of it and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches from the backend. Can you try removing the Trello integrations once more, and integrate it again? Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar.
2. Go to Integrations, and click on Trello.
3. Click on Remove Integration, and select Yes, Remove.
4. Search for Trello, and integrate it again by clicking on Authenticate.
